Order Status:
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation that will include your UPS or USPS tracking number. To find out the status of your order once it has been shipped, please visit www.ups.com or www.usps.com and enter your tracking number in the appropriate fields.

If you have misplaced your tracking number, have not received your confirmation e-mail from us, or believe that there may be problems with your shipment, please e-mail us at orders@twotinas.com or leave us a message at 917-608-5852. If you do not have your order number please provide your name and e-mail address so that we can locate your order.

Live customer service is not available at this time, however we do respond to all e-mails and voicemail's as quickly as we can. We look forward to hearing from you and we're always happy to help!

Shipping Timeframe:
All Two Tinas products are personalized especially for your order. We provide a standard order processing time of 2 to 4 weeks, and ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (where UPS delivery is not available) which will take anywhere from 4 to 6 business days from the date items are shipped. All orders ship out of our Richmond Virginia studio.

Shipping Costs:
Two Tinas offers a flat rate shipping charge to all US locations of $6.95

Shipping to a PO Box or APO/FPO address:
Yes, you can provide a PO, APO or FPO address for shipping. These orders are charged the same flat rate US fee of $6.50. These orders will ship by USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping outside the United States:
Yes, we can ship items to your international address. Please select from the various International shipping options during your checkout. If you have questions about international shipping please email us at orders@twotinas.com.

Packing Slips:
I'm shipping a gift, will there be a packing slip in my gift order?
Yes we do include a packing slip with every order, however there is no pricing information included on that slip.

Gift Wrapping and Gift Cards:
Can I get my purchase gift wrapped?
We do not offer gift wrap services at this time. We do package every blanket and clothing item with care and attention to detail. Each blanket is tied with a white ribbon and personalized hang tag. Every order is shipped in a clear protective bag with gift quality tissue paper inside our custom shipping boxes.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Privacy & Security Information:
Is my online purchase secure?
We use industry-standard SSL encryption when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged through our site server. We take online security very seriously and protect our customers personal information. Two Tinas respects our customers privacy and we never sell or distribute customer information to anyone for any reason.

Returns/Exchanges:
We accept returns for items in the event they have any manufacturing flaws or defects.
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund anytime up to 7 days from original order date.
Please email orders@twotinas.com to request a cancellation and refund within the 7 days.
We do not offer refunds, but are happy to issue store credit if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
We do not offer exchanges or returns on sale items. All sale item purchases are final.
